investigation the human resource management oin innovation with the emphasis of knowledge management capabilities

چکیده

now day human resources are the most valuable production factor, important capital of an organization and producer of human capabilities of an organization. in the other hand, managers perceive that knowledge is intangible and valuable in an organization; and also is strong stimulus for innovations. however, few study down by researches about hrm capabilities in knowledge capabilities education for establishing innovation. this article attempts to examine the impact of knowledge management capabilities mediator in the relationship between hrm practices and innovation. statistical population consists of 230 professors and faculty members of a military university system which 144 were selected based on morgan table. collected data from questtionnear analysed via spss 19, coralation and baron- keany multi regression and important parameters were evaluated at each stage. hrm capabilities have direct and indirect effect on innovation via knowledge management capabilities. data analysis showed that hrm practices have a positive relationship with km. in addition, data analysis shows that human resource management practices have direct and indirect effect on innovation through a meditator knowledge management.
